Shipping and Fulfilment Times

All 'Made to Order' items will ship within 3-5 business days until stated otherwise in the product description.

All other items ship within 48 hours.

Pre-Order Items will ship on (or before) the date outlined in the product description.

Shipping Options, Rates and Tracking

All deliveries outside of UK are Tracked and Insured to their value unless otherwise stated.

Rates are calculated at the time of purchase and are available for you (the customer) to select as appropriate.

Note: At The Fandom Cult we partner with other stores to sell some of our items, this means that from time to time individual items will have their own shipping rates. If you have a question about the shipping rates, please get in contact with us.


Tariffs and Import Duty

The Fandom Cult are a UK based company.

For orders sent to the USA, all export Tariffs from the UK are calculated at checkout and prepaid at the time of dispatch. We are not in control of these values they are based on the product type and the manufacturing original of the item.

Many of our items ship directly from the USA and as such, duty is not be charged.

Some items sent to the EU and Rest of the World may be subject to customs and import duty, these requirements and rates are specific to each region and not controlled by, or payable by The Fandom Cult.
